Ravneet Bhatti

Ravneet Bhatti joined Simpson, Thomas & Associates in January 2006 as a legal administrative assistant. Over the years, her dedication and expertise led her to transition into a paralegal role in January 2012. In March 2022, she further advanced into her current position as the Manager of HR & Operations.

In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Ravneet continues to provide paralegal support to the Managing Partner in various areas of law, including Employment Law, Insurance Denials, Estate Litigation, Family Law, Immigration and Personal Injury.

Ravneet believes in paying attention to detail, approaching situations with empathy, and inspiring others. She is committed to providing the team with the support and opportunities needed for learning and growth. As a key member of the firm, Ravneet plays an essential role in supporting both the team and the organization across various aspects, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a collaborative environment.

Community Involvement

Ravneet is actively involved in community initiatives. She has participated in events supporting children’s foundations like Kids Play and has contributed to mental health awareness through the Coming Together gala. She also engages in cultural celebrations such as the Vaisakhi Parade, Diwali events, and other fundraisers.

Hobbies

Outside of work, Ravneet enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
