Pushpender Chauhan

As Director of Marketing & Business Strategy, Pushpender sets the firm’s overall marketing direction and business development strategy. He works with the partners to identify new service opportunities and strengthen the firm’s position across its practice areas.

His responsibilities span brand messaging and external communications, the firm’s digital and web presence, and its client intake, marketing, and vendor relationships. He also works closely with the administrative team to shape the customer experience so that every touchpoint reflects the firm’s standards for client service.

Before joining Simpson, Thomas & Associates, Pushpender spent over a decade in marketing leadership roles in the healthcare and diagnostics sector, including Senior Marketing Manager at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited and Brand Manager at Suraksha Diagnostics. His work during this period was recognized with the “Business Titan” award from Radio City in 2022 and an “Excellence in Path Lab Service” award from Zee News in 2021.

Community Involvement

Pushpender is active in the firm’s community partnerships around sport and youth. He has helped lead Simpson, Thomas & Associates’ partnership with the BC Lions Football Club, including its “Draft a Lion” fan initiative, and regularly supports kids’ events such as the Ball Hockey Tournament, the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, and its Volunteer Appreciation.

He also supports the firm’s fundraising initiatives, including the Sanjha Vehra Women’s Association’s annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser, the Coming Together Gala, and the Mental Health Awareness Gala.

Beyond that, he takes part in the firm’s cultural celebrations in the community, including the Vaisakhi Parade, Diwali events, the Korean Cultural Festival, and the Hands Against Racism (RYHAR) event.

Hobbies

Outside of work, Pushpender is an outdoors enthusiast, with camping trips, hiking trails, and the occasional staycation among his favorite ways to unwind, alongside a broader love of travel. He’s also a creative writer at heart, working on stories, poetry, and songs in his spare time. He plays volleyball and continues to pursue his interest in acting and on-camera performance.
